Pressed floral 101
At Pressed Floral, we love preserving vibrant, colorful blooms. Some of our favorites include peonies, butterfly ranunculus, delphinium, stock flower, larkspur, hellebore, sunflowers, Canterbury bells, and many more.
Pressed Floral preserves flowers naturally, without toxic chemicals or artificial coloring. As a result, some color change and fading may occur due to natural pigment oxidation. Simply put: naturally dried flowers retain less pigment over time.
White flowers naturally yellow or brown during preservation, which is why many preservationists avoid them—but at Pressed Floral, we believe every bloom deserves to be cherished. To enhance your final piece, consider adding greenery and filler flowers for contrast and depth.
