    Pretty but disappointing

    The necklace arrived quite late (>4 weeks), which was unfortunate as it was a gift and I had to keep emailing customer service to get it moving. It’s pretty but I have a couple complaints: the top of the locket where the chain goes through was severely bent sideways on arrival, tilting the necklace, and I had to bend it back in place and was worried I’d snap it. Also, it’s a very bright yellow gold, which isn’t really my taste or reflected well in the pictures. Lastly, the chain is a little short and there’s a little piece at the end of the chain that makes it so you can’t remove the locket from the chain, which is frustrating. Overall a cute necklace but room for improvement.
