Custom Products
Includes: All variations of our Custom Pressed Floral Frames, Custom Pressed Floral Ornaments, Custom Pressed Floral Necklaces, Custom Pressed Floral Lockets, Custom Pressed Floral Rings, Forget-Me-Not Locket, Birth Flower Locket, etc.
Non-Refundable
Due to the intricate preservation process and the custom nature of these products, returns or refunds are not available for any other reason, besides those below:
Prior to Production
You are eligible for a full refund at any point prior to Pressed Floral receiving your blooms, or starting a recreation. Once the Blooms arrive or a Recreation has been started, you are not eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to [email protected] with questions.
The cost of shipping your bouquet to Pressed Floral is your responsibility. Pressed Floral is unable to refund that cost at any point.
Defective or Damaged Items
Within 14 days of receiving your custom product if there are defects or damages, you are eligible for a free repair or other accommodation. Defects or Damages include:

Scuffed, scratched, or damaged frame

Scratched or cracked glass

Defects on custom jewelry

Color and Design Variation
Please note that slight differences in design style or colors of blooms are a normal part of the handmade/custom process, and not considered defects. Please that blooms are organic material and will change color over time, this is also not considered a defect.
Bloom Boxes
Bloom Boxes are only eligible for a 50% refund subject to the box being returned back to us, unused.
Once the Bloom Box and/or Overnight Shipping Label has been used, they are not eligible for any returns or refunds.
Catalog Products
Includes: Birth Flower Necklace, Birth Flower Mini Necklace, Birth Flower Charm, Birth Flower Ring, Birth Flower Ornament, etc
Within 30 days of receiving your catalog product, you are eligible to return your products. Please reach out to [email protected] to initiate a return.
Defective or Damaged Items
Within 30 days of receiving your catalog product if there are defects or damages, you are eligible for a free replacement or other accommodation. Defects or damages include scratches or imperfections on your jewelry piece.

Gift Cards
All gift cards purchased through Pressed Floral’s website, or associated wedding registries, are non-returnable and non-refundable products.
