Step by step guide

Gather Materials
  • Printed client information sheet
  • A regular cardboard box that’s large enough to fit the bouquet
  • Packing paper or peanuts (no bubblewrap or plastic)
  • Paper towel
  • Rubber band
  • Plastic bag
PRINT PDF

Stem prep: cut and wrap
  • Freshly cut stems to fit box height 
  • Remove any sentimental pendants or ribbons you want to keep. See Terms and Conditions
  • Dampen the paper towel and use it to cover only the stems
  • Wrap the plastic bag around towel and the stems, secure with a rubber band

Boxing the blooms
  • Fill half the box with packing paper or peanuts
  • Place bouquet with wrapped stems in shipping box
  • Cover the bouquet with extra packing paper or peanuts to ensure it is fully immersed
  • *DO NOT USE BUBBLE WRAP OR ANY OTHER PLASTIC*

Add packing Filler and PDF
  • Fill out the PDF, ensuring that all order numbers associated with the blooms are written down
  • Fold the PDF and put it inside a Ziploc bag to ensure it does not become soggy or wet during transit
  • Place inside box

Ship your blooms
  • Take the box to UPS or FedEx and pay for shipping to one of our shop locations. We recommend overnight or 1-2 day shipping!
  • *Please keep in mind that blooms are best within 5 days of the event*

Shipping already dried blooms?

Gather Materials
  • Printed Client Information Sheet, please specify this order is for a Shadow Box
  • An adequate-sized box to house the dried blooms (sturdy cardboard)
  • Bubblewrap or styrofoam packing peanuts

Wrap Dried Blooms
  • Ensure the blooms are 100% dried, this will safeguard them in transit
  • Wrap the dried blooms with bubble wrap, ensuring they are secure but not too tight to crush the fragile petals. 
  • *Please remember that these instructions differ significantly from those for shipping fresh flowers.*

Box Dried blooms
  • Place the wrapped bouquet inside the box, ensuring that it is snug.
  • If you have packing peanuts, add them around the corners of the box to fill in the extra space and discourage shifting.
  • Fill out the PDF and place it inside the box.

Ship Dried Blooms

Take your box to UPS or FedEx and pay for ground shipping to one of our closest locations. (Because the blooms are already dry, there is no significant time sensitivity to get them to us)

Please add fragile stickers to your package.

Gather Materials

Gather Petals

Carefully pick petals from the arrangement you would like represented. Be sure to take some of all variety and color

Dry Blooms
  • Set the blooms on a dry paper towel
  • Leave in a shaded area until completely dried.

Package
  • Carefully wrap the dried petals in the paper towel
  • Place the folded paper towel inside a sealed bag
  • Place the bag and the filled PDF sheet inside your box

Ship your blooms

Carefully tape up your box and take to UPS or Fedex and ship standard shipping
