Self-Shipping Your Blooms

Prefer to package your blooms yourself? We’ve included detailed written and video instructions below to guide you using materials you may already have at home. Just remember blooms are best within 5 days of your event!

You can also purchase a standalone prepaid shipping label through us, with access to our discounted FedEx rates. Designed to help you save significantly on overnight shipping, our rates are best-price guaranteed, or your money back. If you find a lower rate, we’ll refund your unused Pressed Floral label.

Gather Materials
  • Client Information Sheet (in PDF below)
  • Cardboard Box
  • Packing paper
  • Paper towel
  • Rubber band
  • Plastic bag
  • Optional: Pressed Floral Overight Shipping Label

Prepare Flowers
  • Freshly cut stems
  • Dampen paper towel and wrap stems
  • Place stems in plastic bad, secure with rubber band
  • Remove any sentimental items

Box the blooms
  • Fill half the box with packing paper
  • Place bouquet in shipping box
  • Cover the bouquet with extra packing paper to ensure it is fully immersed
  • *DO NOT USE ANY PLASTIC*

Documentation
  • Fill out the Client Information Sheet
  • Fold the sheet and put it inside a Ziploc bag to ensure it does not get wet
  • Place sheet inside box
  • Close and tape box

Ship your blooms
  • Pressed Floral prepaid label: Bring blooms to FedEx with a printed label or QR code
  • Purchasing independently: Visit UPS or FedEx and purchase a 1–2 day shipping label
  • Utah and Georgia addresses listed below
