CAN YOU RECREATE A PRINT FROM A PHOTO?

Yes. If you don’t have the original print, we can recreate it from a photo. As long as we can see the shape and you provide us with measurements, our designers can turn it into a custom floral design.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FLOWERS?

No! You are welcome to send in meaningful flowers, or our designers can source blooms for you based on your preferences.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Custom pieces are typically completed within approximately 8 weeks after we receive your materials. Timing can vary slightly depending on design details, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

IS A BLOOM SHIPPING BOX INCLUDED IN MY FRAME ORDER?

Bloom Shipping Boxes are a separate product. If you wish to use a Bloom Shipping Box for sending your blooms to us, ensure you add one to your cart before checkout!
