I am very pleased with my keepsake from Pressed Floral! Two recommendations for customers: 1. Keep in mind that when flowers travel, it can impact the quality and quantity (hopefully the new bloom shipping boxes help with this and the high shipping costs). The Pressed Floral team let me know I had less blooms than I expected, and offered solutions (adjusting size of frame, changing to an abstract design to better fit the frame size, etc). High note, they have incredible customer service, even the automated emails are kind. I worked with Sarah from the design team and briefly exchanged emails with other team members, and they were all delightful and genuinely cared about my experience. It really reflects positively on the brand, and made the long wait time easier. 2. When preserved, flowers change shape and color. The Pressed Floral team does a great job educating on this on instagram!!!!! While still beautiful, my preserved flowers definitely looked different than I imagined in my head. Follow them leading up to sending your blooms so you can set your expectations, and make an informed decision on if your arrangement is going to look how you envisioned.
