How does this process work?

After placing your order, you'll send us your fresh blooms, and we'll preserve them with care. You'll receive a preview of the design for approval before we seal and ship your frame back to you. Updates are provided throughout the process to keep you informed.

How long does the preservation process take?

The preservation process typically takes between 12-24 weeks from the time we receive your bouquet to when we ship your finished piece. We provide bi-weekly updates via email to keep you informed about the progress.

If I don't have flowers to send you, can you still create something?

If you don't have flowers to send, we can still create something special for you. We offer full recreations of bouquets, where we source and press fresh blooms for you.

What size should I choose for my flowers?

The size of the frame you should choose depends on the size of your bouquet. A standard bouquet can fill a 16x20 frame or smaller, while smaller bouquets typically fit an 11x14 frame or smaller. Larger bouquets can fill an 18x24 frame or smaller.

How soon do you need my flowers after the event?

For optimal preservation, we need your blooms within 5 days of your event. If we receive them past this window, they may not be in a workable condition for preservation.

Will I get to see the final design before it's sent?

Yes, you will receive a preview of the final design for your approval before it's sealed and shipped. You can request changes to ensure it's exactly as you envision.

Do you offer custom frame sizes?

We’re happy to accommodate custom frame sizes! If you’re looking for something outside our standard options, please email us at [email protected] to discuss your options and pricing.

How soon do i need to book?

We do not use a reservation or booking system, we accept any and all orders regardless of when they are placed! However, please ensure we receive your blooms within 5 days of your event. This ensures they are best for preservation!

What if my art piece gets damaged, can it be fixed?

Yes, please contact our team! Our products are made to last forever and carry great sentimentality, accidents happen and we totally understand that. We are happy to work with you on your unique situation. Please reach out to our client care team ([email protected]) to coordinate how to move forward.

Can I send personal items to include in the piece?

It depends on what you are looking to include in your frame! We can add anything that is paper thin. Common items that we can include are photos, vows, and invitations.

Are there any blooms that can not be pressed?

Yes! Due to the thickness limit of our frames, there are a few flowers that we are unable to press. These include, but are not limited to: artificial flowers, silver brunia balls, some pincushions, cacti, pinecones, additional fruits and vegetables, pendants, and holly berry.

I am so incredibly happy with how my pressed wedding bouquet turned out. It is such a meaningful way to preserve something that held so much emotion from that day. Absolutely in awe!
As someone who loved flowers, I was so sad at the thought of only having a limited time with my wedding bouquet. I was hesitant about preservation at first because of the cost, but now that I have my bouquet back, I’m so happy I did it!! My bouquet looks so beautiful and I appreciate the updates from the team throughout the process!

Absolutely stunning!!!
After 5.5 months after my wedding, my beautiful flowers arrived home safe and sound! From start to finish, the process was incredible and easy. From the day I shipped my flowers (an absolute nightmare with UPS who delivered my next day air flowers 2 full business days later), I was on the phone with pressed floral and they reassured me everything was going to come out perfectly. The lady on the phone was so sweet and so kind. My flowers finally arrived and the process began. You can track your flowers process on the website which I loved! When the time came, and i saw my flowers in the frame, I did not like the original frame I choose with the color of my flowers. So I declined the design, and asked to see a white frame. Within 24hrs, the lady who was working on my flowers did just that and more! She sent me photos of 4 different frame colors and I made my new selection! I then approved the new frame, then it was awaiting shipment shortly after. Today they arrived and I SOBBED. The quality of the glass and frame, and just how beautiful they are put into it. You can tell the people at pressed floral enjoy what they do...ART! It's absolutely worth what you pay for it, which is quality. Thank you so much pressed floral ❤️

I can’t recommend Pressed Floral enough! They took such great care of my wedding bouquet and turned it into a beautiful heirloom piece. Upon it being ready, we noticed a mix up with the frame and the team truly went above and beyond to fix it and ensure this heirloom piece was what I had envisioned.
