The staff is kind and very clearly dedicated to their craft - for my frame specifically I requested changes to be made to the arrangement before it was finalized and the staff member who assisted me was committed to making an arrangement I loved 100%. There are a lot of businesses/people out there now who say they will preserve your flowers but Pressed Floral truly does spectacular work.
