Customizing your Pressed Floral frame
Preserving your precious blooms can feel daunting at first. With Pressed Florals step-by-step guide, ordering your custom piece will be a seamless experience. Answering every question you might have along the way.
Our custom frame builder located on our website, will walk you through how to create the most perfect custom piece for your blooms.

Step One: Select your shape
The first step is deciding between our Rectangle and Oval shape. Pressed Floral offers clients the highest quality, custom-built frames crafted in Utah from USA-sourced wood. We present two frame shapes in a diverse range of sizes and colors. Each frame is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, ensuring a perfect complement to your Pressed Floral art piece.

Step two: Select your size
Our diverse range of frame sizes ensures we can beautifully cater to all of our clients. Sitting on any floral arrangement and every budget. Our rectangle frames are available in 6x8, our boutonniere frames, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24, and our largest frame size 22x28. This is ideal for showcasing multiple arrangements. Our oval frames are offered in all sizes except the 22x28. Ultimately, the perfect size is the one that speaks to your personal aesthetic. The most amazing part of our process is the flexibility we offer. If you make a decision and decide to change your mind, you are fully able to. We adore all our carefully crafted options, though our 16x20 is a client favorite.
Step Four: Choose your Design
We understand that all of our clients have unique style and aesthetics. We have created six unique different design styles to make sure your frame encapsulates your blooms perfectly. We can also create any design beyond these, and our offerings are not limited to what is listed!
The first design, our most common, is our Traditional style. This style mimics the original arrangement of your blooms, designed horizontally. Our Diagonal style spans from corner to corner. Our Garden style is a whimsical design that incorporates the natural look and stems of your blooms. Our Corner style showcases the blooms in opposing corners of the frame. Our Puzzled style showcases each bloom in their own space in an abstract design. Finally our Vertical style is similar to our traditional style but in a vertical orientation. Selecting your design is the step where you can begin to imagine the magic of your finished piece coming together.

Step Five: Select your backing
Personalize your Pressed Floral art piece with our beautiful backing options. While our original frame style features elegant glass-on-glass, we've since introduced a stunning array of backing designs. Our Linen backing provides a soft contrast, while allowing your blooms to stand out. To elevate your piece our Floating Paper would be the perfect addition. Paper on Linen is an exemplary combination that will create a beautiful texture within your frame. Our black linen is a bold addition, creating a statement piece of art. Our newest backing option is our Linen Mat Board. This creates clean, crisp lines around your blooms while adding interest. Our hand-crafted and thoughtfully created options give you the option to enhance your piece.

Step six: Select your glass type
Though it might seem like a minor detail, the choice of glass is as crucial as any other step in preserving your blooms. We offer our clients two different types of glass to choose from. Each designed to provide the utmost protection to showcase your preserved blooms. Our regular glass offers a 99% UV protection for your blooms, to help ensure the least amount of fading for your florals. Our Art Glass also provides 99% UV protection, however art glass is also anti- reflective, and the highest level of clarity. Art Glass closely resembles museum glass. Both of our glass options will help your blooms stand the test of time, so they can be beautifully displayed forever.

What to remember most
Customizing your art piece can seem daunting, and anything can be changed during our preservation process. You do not need to stay committed to any of your selections. We will make sure your art piece is everything you dreamed of and confirm all your selections before your final piece is sealed.
