Do I need to make a reservation?

No! We do not use a reservation or booking system, we accept any and all orders regardless of when they are placed! However, please ensure we receive your blooms within 5 days of your event. This ensures they are best for preservation!

How long does flower preservation take?

Our turnaround times can range anywhere between 12-24 weeks, from the time we receive your bouquet to the time we are shipping out your finished fine art piece!

We send out bi-weekly bloom updates through email while your blooms are being preserved to give you a more accurate timeline.

How can I access the Pressed Floral App?

After placing an order with us, you will be sent an email that includes a registration code for the app! This registration code will be linked to your order, and will let you track the progress of your blooms and custom fine art piece.

You can download our Pressed Floral app from the app store on your mobile phone. The app can also be accessed on desktop and mobile through a web browser: app.pressedfloral.com

IS A BLOOM SHIPPING BOX INCLUDED IN MY FRAME ORDER?

Bloom Shipping Boxes are a separate product. If you wish to use a Bloom Shipping Box for sending your blooms to us, ensure you add one to your cart before checkout!
